Description: We contributed to the transformative Elephant Park development, a landmark project revitalising the historic Elephant & Castle area. This ambitious development includes 3,000 new homes, with 25% designated as affordable housing, alongside shops, restaurants, and green spaces. As part of this climate-positive initiative, we delivered high-quality drylining in the residential flats, helping to create modern, sustainable living spaces. Our work supports the vision of a vibrant, eco-friendly community centred around London’s first planned new green space in 70 years. This project reflects our commitment to excellence in large-scale, socially impactful developments.
